How to Become a Course Provider

REBAC course providers include REALTOR® Boards and Associations, proprietary schools and franchises. Any REALTOR® Board or Association can become a provider. We do, however, monitor proprietary schools to make sure the communities and areas they serve do not overlap with one another.
All REBAC-licensed providers are asked to teach the ABR® Designation Course to at least 100 students each year. We encourage Boards or Associations with less than 1,000 members to consider co-sponsoring with another Board/Association or proprietary school in your area. Learn more about this option.

REBAC’s annual license fee is $2,500 for the first year and $1,000 thereafter. This license enables you to deliver all courses posted on—over 30 courses in all—including all elective programs offered in conjunction with the ABR® Designation.
Additionally, you’ll be able to schedule classes addressing other real estate business specialties such as the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Designation Course, NAR’s Green Designation Course, Resort and Second Home Markets, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and The Agent's Role in the Valuation Process (BPOR) which are NAR's certification programs. The Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation, the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation, the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) and Council of Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB).
Proposed program budgets are available upon request.
