In 1979, Kerry Kidwell (ABR®, AHWD, CRB, CRS, GREEN, GRI, e-PRO®) obtained his real estate license after getting ?stuck? on his first house purchase. He later bought the brokerage he worked for, and ran his own company for about 10 years, going back in sales for someone else at that time. Kerry became interested in real estate education, and started teaching prelicense classes in 1988. Shortly thereafter, he got involved with teaching CE throughout the state. He now teaches a variety of classes through Illinois and the nation.
